I wanted to like this product. I remember opening it up feeling hopeful, but then I got stuck trying to figure out the directions on the site. They weren’t clear enough for me, so I ended up guessing how much to use and when to use it. That kind of took away from the experience. Maybe the product does work, but I really wish the instructions were simpler and easier to follow.

I ordered from mytopicals.com and the product was just okay. I was expecting it to absorb quickly, but it kind of just sat on my skin for a while?! It wasn’t awful or anything, but that sticky feeling really isn’t my favorite.

My order showed up on time and everything was fine, so I can’t really complain. it was a straightforward experience with no issues, thankfully...

It works alright, like it does what it’s supposed to do, no big problem there. But the price feels kind of ridiculous for what you’re getting. I was expecting a bit more for the money, so yeah, it’s okay, just not really worth that much in my opinion.

I’m giving 4 stars because shipping wasn’t the fastest for me, but overall I had a good experience and I’d probably order again.

I’m picky about what I put on my skin, and I have to admit Topicals feels like they actually thought through the ingredients. Faded has tranexamic acid, niacinamide, and azelaic acid, so it doesn’t feel like it’s just packed with random filler. My skin also didn’t freak out, which is always a win for me. I appreciate that the formulas aren’t super perfumey or trying too hard to feel fancy. It’s definitely not cheap, but the ingredient quality makes it feel worth it. That said, I’m always a little wary of customer service with brands like this, so I wouldn’t want to have to chase them down if something went wrong.

The products themselves were fine, but dealing with customer service was frustrating. I had to follow up more than once just to get a reply, and even then I didn’t feel like I got much actual help. I’m patient, but I also don’t want to keep chasing a company when something needs attention. Support definitely needs to be better
